It’s probably not a big surprise that I’m a huge Harry Potter fan (not to mention Ron Weasley!) and that Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry was one of the bigger influences on Astronaut Academy. Knowing that my former production assistant Megan Brennan is also a big fan of J.K. Rowling’s series, I asked her to contribute a guest blog for the Love Letter’s & Heart Containers series. Being a wizard, she not only wrote about her feelings, she drew an entire comic! Even Severus Snape would have to admit that is bloody brilliant!

Megan Brennan is so awesome, she literally toned this page of Astronaut Academy! She helped out on a bunch of pages, actually. Megan graduated in 2011 from the School of Visual Arts, and was one of the artists featured in Womanthology: Heroic. She is currently collaborating on the webcomic School of World (which also has magic and schoolin’ & is one of the funniest comics on the the entire internet) as well as creating her own comics that are posted on her website.
